Customise Your Stationery

Place your order with Wild Moon and work with a friendly, passionate designer were we customise the fonts and colours of your chosen design to suite your wedding theme, select luxury coloured envelopes and add your special Finishing Touches to personalise your wedding stationery to you.

I email you PDF proofs to check and make changes to until they are perfect and you sign them off to be printed.

Receive Your Perfect Prints

Your wedding stationery is printed at a local professional printer to give you the best quality card and ink available. Once I received everything back it’s checked over, any finishing touches are made and I package up your stationery in 100% recyclable packaging before shipping it to you.

FAQs

  • Absolutely! All colour changes are included in the price so we can customise your favourite design to match your wedding theme. You can also change the fonts and even swap out some of the flowers to make it more personal to you and your wedding. Coloured envelopes of your choice are also included. If you want to make changes just let me know when you place your order.

  • I always advise booking into my diary in advance as I can only take on so many projects a month. Even if you have no idea how many invites you need or even what collection you want yet, you can still book your save the dates, wedding invites and on the day stationery spaces in advance here.

  • Sample Packs of all my collections can be purchased here. Unfortunately sample packs can't be personalised, but they're a great way to see everything in person to make sure you're happy with the card and quality of your preferred design before ordering your own personalised wedding stationery. Plus if you choose to book me as your wedding stationer, the price of your Sample Pack will be reimbursed on your invoice as a thank you!

  • To help you with your budget you can find a full price list of all my stationery items on my website here. You can also request a personalised quite to help you!

  • You get 3 PDF proofs included with your order so you can see mockups of everything that’s designed. Here you can make any changes necessary until everything is perfect before you sign off for printing. (Please check final proofs very carefully for any grammar, spelling or information errors. If these are found after printing, a re-printing charge will be incurred.)

  • Depending on how many amendments are made and how quickly the final designs are signed off, Collection orders take around 2-4 weeks and Bespoke orders 6-8 weeks. It usually takes about 7-10 days for me to receive everything back from the printers, so please take that into account, especially if you are pushed for time. I always aim to get everything to you as quickly as possible and don’t charge extra for rush orders if you’ve left something until the last minute.

  • My stationery is printed on either Tintoretto or Fresco Gesso 300gsm textured card or GFSmith Colorplan 350gsm smooth card, and large format pieces are printed on 3mm plastic-free, 100% recyclable board. Everything is sent to a local, professional printer so you get the best quality card and ink available. My luxury coloured envelopes are manufactured in the UK by an eco-conscious FSC accredited paper mill.

  • If you’ve not booked into my diary in advance I will ask for a 50% deposit before design begins. After design the remaining balance of the order must be paid before everything is sent to the printer. Invoices are sent to you via my Quickbooks account, where a PDF will be emailed to you with a breakdown of the costs and my payment details on the bottom. You can pay via an online BACS transfer or via PayPa on request. (A 4% transaction fee will be applied to the invoice for all PayPal payments.)

  • All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked and Signed For to ensure your stationery gets to your safely. Postage and packaging is £10-£15 depending on the size of your order. Seating plans and welcome boards are delivered via DPD directly from my printers with a £15 delivery fee. If you are ordering from outside the UK please let me know and I will calculate the shipping cost for you. All my orders are packaged in 100% recyclable materials, including the tape and stickers!

  • You will of course need one invite per household, but I always recommend ordering a handful of additional cards to allow for guest list changes, misplaced invites or just so you have some beautiful keepsakes. Ordering an additional small number of prints further down the line can be quite costly, so it’s best to include a few extras with your main order. You can read my blog post for more information.

    Day Stationery

    ORDER: 6-8 weeks before
    Finalise your order of service, menus, place names and seating plan, along with other signage and items you might need

  • Simple thank you card illustration.

    Thank You Cards

    SEND: Around 6 weeks after
    Thank your guests for attending and any gifts they might have given you with a personalised reminder of the day
