When you choose Wild Moon as your wedding stationer, here’s what you can expect as we collaborate to create the perfect stationery for your big day…

Choose the Wedding Invitation Collection that reflects your unique wedding style, then select the pieces you need along with any special Finishing Touches you’d like, such as a venue illustration, wax seals or envelope liners from the Price List to build your perfect wedding invitation package!

Customise Your Stationery

Place your Order with Wild Moon and we’ll work together to customise the wording, fonts and colours of your chosen Wedding Invitation Collection to perfectly match your wedding style. You’ll receive PDF proofs to review and tweak until everything’s perfect before signing off for printing.

Receive Your Perfect Prints

Your stationery is professionally printed on premium card by a trusted local printer. Once it's back, I carefully check each piece, add any Finishing Touches and package everything in 100% recyclable materials before it’s posted to you. You receive your dream invites ready to send to your guests!

    Share the all-important information about your wedding day and start collecting your guests RSVPs

  • Simple table number, wedding menu and place name card illustration.

    Day Stationery

    ORDER: 6-8 weeks before
    Finalise your order of service, menus, place names and seating plan, along with other signage and items you might need

  • Simple thank you card illustration.

    Thank You Cards

    SEND: Around 6 weeks after
    Thank your guests for attending and any gifts they might have given you with a personalised reminder of the day

FAQs

  • Absolutely! Colour changes are included in the price, so we can tailor your chosen design to match your wedding theme. You can also switch up the fonts and even swap out some of the floral elements to make it more personal to you. Luxury coloured envelopes of your choice are also included. Just let me know your preferences when placing your order!

  • The timeline depends on your order type and how many changes are made during the design process. As a guide:

    Collection Orders typically take 2-4 weeks
    Bespoke Orders usually take 4-6 weeks

    This includes design, revisions, printing, and postage. Printing alone takes around 7–10 days, so please factor that in, especially if you're working to a tight deadline. Custom elements like foiling, venue illustrations, vellum wraps or envelope liners may take a little longer to design and assemble. If I think your order will take longer than usual, I’ll always keep you updated.

    To secure your spot and avoid last-minute stress, you can book into the Wild Moon design diary in advance, guaranteeing a place at the front of the queue for your chosen month. Find out more here.

  • If you haven’t booked into my diary in advance then a 50% deposit is required before design begins. For bespoke designs, the design fee must be paid upfront and for any illustration work, full payment is required before work starts. Once the designs are finalised, the remaining balance must be paid before your order goes to print.

    Payments can be made via bank transfer or debit/credit card (please note a 3% transaction fee will be applied to your invoice for all card payments). International orders must be paid via PayPal.

  • All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 24hr Tracked, with postage and packaging priced from £10, depending on the size and weight of your order. Larger items like seating plans and welcome boards are shipped via DPD directly from my printer with a £10 delivery fee.

    I also offer international delivery to the US, Canada, and Australia. If you're ordering from another country, just get in touch and I can help calculate the shipping cost for you.

    All orders are carefully packaged using 100% recyclable materials, right down to the tape and stickers!

  • Absolutely! Every order includes up to 3 digital PDF proofs, so you can see mock-ups of your stationery and request any changes before signing off for print. Please check your final proof carefully, any errors found after printing will require a reprint at an additional cost.

  • Yes! You can purchase Sample Packs of all my collections here. While they can’t be personalised, they’re a great way to see the card, print quality and overall feel of your favourite design in person before placing your order.

    As a little thank you, if you choose to book me as your wedding stationer, the cost of your Sample Pack will be deducted from your final invoice!

  • Absolutely, and I recommend it! I only take on a limited number of projects each month, so booking early helps secure your spot in my design diary.

    Even if you're not sure how many invitations you’ll need or which collection you’d like, you can still reserve space for your Save The Dates, Wedding Invitations, On The Day Stationery and Thank You Cards in advance here.

  • You’ll need one invitation per household, but I always recommend ordering a few extra. They’re perfect for last-minute guest list changes, lost invites, or simply keeping as beautiful mementos.

    Reordering a small batch later can be costly, so it’s more budget-friendly to include some spares with your main order. You can read more about this in my blog post here.

  • My stationery is printed on premium card, either Tintoretto Gesso 300gsm textured card, or smooth GFSmith Colorplan 350gsm card. Larger pieces are printed on 3mm plastic-free, 100% recyclable board. Everything is printed locally by trusted professionals, ensuring the highest quality materials and ink.

    My luxury coloured envelopes are made in the UK by an eco-conscious, FSC-accredited paper mill.
